Cookies

On its own pages this site sets only functional cookies, which is why there is no consent banner, and it does no tracking or advertising. The one exception is the Support Us page, described below.

• sudokudb_anon identifies you as a player before you sign in, so your puzzles are still there when you return to this browser.
• sudokudb_at and sudokudb_rt keep you signed in, once you have.

The Support Us page

That page shows Ko-fi's donation form: Ko-fi's page inside ours. It is loaded only when you open Support Us, and nowhere else on this site. Ko-fi, and the services it uses, receive your IP address and the address of the page, and may store data in your browser. When we tried it, it loaded Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, Google Fonts, PayPal's checkout script, and Cloudflare's bot check and analytics.

Just opening it, we saw no cookies set, but it did use browser storage (Google's _gcl_ls and PayPal's __paypal_storage__). Paying or signing in there can set more, including PayPal's and Stripe's own, and what you get may differ by country.

Ko-fi's own policy says it uses strictly necessary, analytics, functionality and advertising cookies, some of them from third parties, managed with CookieYes: Ko-fi's privacy and cookie policy. If you would rather not load any of it, skip the Support Us page; you can donate straight at ko-fi.com/solvepaths.
